Great leaders do just that, they lead. I have found that it is so important for leaders to empower their followers. These individuals do not concentrate on why we cannot accomplish the challenges that are before us, they look for the solutions. These men and women leaders seek to bind the divisions that separate us, and they look for the bridges that bring us together. Collectively, all things are possible if we believe it can be done. I believe this with all my heart and I have seen it happen. What a wonderful thing to witness.
